Shop Policies

We are located in California, USA. Most items are made-to-order, and usually ship between 3-10 days of purchase. If you would like to receive your order sooner, we recommend upgrading to Priority Mail (if applicable) to speed things up. We combine-ship multiple items into as few parcels as possible.

All orders are shipped via USPS. First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail options are available for U.S. orders. All International orders are sent via First Class Mail, and take about 6-14 business days, depending on your location. 

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is on its way.

International recipients are responsible for any customs and/or charges specific to the receiving country's policies. Each package will be represented accurately as to it's contents and price. 

Please contact us if you need to return or exchange an item. 

All returns will be handled on a case-to-case basis, at our discretion. Returned items will be fully refunded for the merchandise price upon receiving.

Clothing may be exchanged evenly for a different size if returned in original unwashed and unworn condition. You ship it to us, and we will ship it back, so we both absorb the cost. Please contact us for more info.

If a package hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time from delivery (3 weeks for U.S. orders, and 6 weeks for International orders), we will then take the steps to look into and hopefully resolve the situation. On occasion, the mail takes longer than usual and the package eventually shows up, or gets returned to us, upon which we would contact you.

Brookish is not responsible for stolen packages or missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address entered during checkout.

Damaged items are rare, but still, things can happen. Let us know and we'll do our very best to mend the situation. A photo is required of the damaged item to be attached to the email.
